This third episode features an interview with Chris Bishop, as well as discusses the final chapter of High Performance Training for Sports on recovery methods and as always gives an up to date list of current CPD and job opportunities.
Chris is a full time lecturer at Middlesex University on their Strength and Conditioning courses. On top of that he still finds time to keep coaching and has had a number of articles published in peer reviewed journals over the last few years. In this episode, we discuss the importance of gaining practical experience whilst studying, his latest article on complementing the FMS through the use of high velocity screening tests and some top advice on getting your work published too.
